Airission AB is a deep-tech start-up that is revolutionising global air purification. We have developed a product that will eliminate the global dependency on disposable air filters. Our state of the art product requires no maintenance, offers outstanding energy-efficiency and provides higher clean air quality than any other system in the market.The technology does not only clean air like no other system, but it also uses less energy when doing so.
Only seven countries worldwide meet WHO dirty air guidelines. Air pollution is estimated to cause 7 million premature deaths globally each year. Asia, Eastern-Europe and many other areas suffer from incredibly bad air quality which has little to no solution. At the same time, Europe is leading the way with their Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD), aiming to make all buildings greener and putting pressure on real estate owners to lower building emissions. All these areas present a global opportunity that requires an extreme level of grit, ownership, bold moves and flexibility.
We aim to become the new global standard in air filtration. Our ambition is to redefine how the world cleans its air - by cutting waste, reducing CO₂ emissions and protecting public health.
About the Role
Join our founding team in Stockholm as a Customer Acquisition’s hero and join a deeply experienced and driven team determined to change the way the global ventilation industry works. Airissions commercial team will over the next year establish the business in the Nordics and grow across other parts of Europe. Aiming to enter both Asia and North America within the next year. We care deeply about bringing the best products to market and to help improve the environment in global cities by creating cleaner air for everyone. As part of our commercial team you will help shape the future of this industry with Airissions products, driving growth and innovation for the industry worldwide.
Customer Acquisition at Airission includes driving B2B-sales, identifying market needs and commercial strategy. Furthermore, as we continue to expand to new segments and markets it will become critical to understand how the Airission's technology can help customers. By this you will have a unique opportunity to shape Airissions commercial motion.
For the right person, this is equally challenging as it is rewarding, and sets the pace for the rest of the company.
What you will be doing:
Independently manage the full sales cycle from initiation to close – assisting a wide range of companies across industries to raise their energy efficiency and lower their environmental impact.
Actively pursue and develop outbound strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure our product market fit
Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, addressing their pain points with tailored solutions.
Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations to drive engagement and conversion.
Develop and refine our global playbook for how to scale Airission across our markets.
Using AI-tools to automate parts of our customer journey and increase sales efficiency rates.
Attend and represent Airission at industry trade shows, partner events, and client meetings, both domestically and internationally
Whom are we looking for
Have a proven track record of 3-5 years’ experience in B2B sales, commercial strategies, or a comparable role in a prestigious or industry-leading organization.
Someone who has built automation flows, using AI and other tools, to streamline outreach and get results
Someone who Is highly driven - Take clear responsibility of driving quota, hitting business targets, and putting the outcome of the company first
Brings a bias for action—you move fast, iterate, and don’t wait to be told what to do.
Are naturally curious, seeing every challenge as an opportunity to learn and grow.
Exhibit genuine openness to feedback, valuing the insights of others, and recognizing the importance of continuous improvement.
